Healthy Chocolate Pancakes

Place flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Add non-dairy milk, liquid stevia and white vinegar to the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Mix everything throughly. It's okay if there are a few clumps in the batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and grease it with vegan butter if needed.

Add batter about 1/3 cup at a time, and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Serve with your toppings of choice.
