Description

This cherry berry smoothie is a great way to get more fruit. A great option for breakfast, as a snack, or alongside a full meal - it's fruity, fresh and full of good-for-you ingredients.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup cherries (frozen)
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend everything on. high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and no chunks are left.
  3. Divide the smoothie between two glasses, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

If making the night before keep in a cup with a lid, or cover with cling wrap or foil overnight. In the morning, remove from fridge, stir and enjoy!
