Description

This golden turmeric oatmeal is fresh and fragrant. It makes for a healthy, beautiful and delicious vegan breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 splash vanilla
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Toppings

  • ¾ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Add everything except mango to a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until desired consistency is reached, 5-10 mins.
  2. Once ready, pour porridge into a bowl. Top with mango and peanut butter. Enjoy!
