This golden turmeric oatmeal is fresh and fragrant. It makes for a healthy, beautiful and delicious vegan breakfast.
Ingredients

- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- 1 splash vanilla
- 1 pinch sea salt
Toppings
- ¾ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Add everything except mango to a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until desired consistency is reached, 5-10 mins.
- Once ready, pour porridge into a bowl. Top with mango and peanut butter. Enjoy!
