Description
These meal prep overnight oats are so easy, and make five days' worth of breakfast. Just grab them from the fridge, add your desired toppings, and you're good to go.

- 2 1/2 cups oats
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
- 5 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide between 5 small containers or pour into 1 large, airtight container.
- Chill in fridge overnight (or at least 45 mins).
- In the morning, grab your oats, top with desired toppings, and enjoy! Oats can also be heated in the microwave, if you prefer them warm.
