Description
Based on the classic PSL, this pumpkin spice chai latte is full of all the classic fall flavours you know and love.

- 1 cup oat milk (divided)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons loose leaf chai
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice ((maple, monk fruit, coconut sugar))
- sprinkle pumpkin pie spice (for topping)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine oat milk, water, and loose leaf chai.
- Bring to a boil and then add pumpkin and sweetener. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Turn off heat and let the tea infuse to your taste, about 2 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat and froth remaining oat milk. I do this by microwaving it for 30 seconds- 1 minute, then using a handheld frother.
- Use a small strainer to strain the tea into a mug. Pour in frothed oat milk, and top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
