Description
These vegan Reese's-inspired chocolate peanut butter baked oats, are an upgrade of the famous TikTok recipe for baked oats. You'll feel like you're eating a treat for breakfast!
Ingredients

- 1 egg replacer or flax egg (*see suggestions above)
- ½ banana (super ripe)
- ½ cup oats (rolled)
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder (chocolate)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ cup soy milk
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Blend Ingredients In a blender, mix all ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate chips. Blend until everything is smooth and well-combined.
- Bake Pour ¾ of the blended mixture into a small, oven-proof ramekin (greased). Add peanut butter to centre, and cover with the remaining ¼ batter. Top with chocolate chips Bake in the oven until cooked through, 25 minutes.
- Let cool and eat The ramekin will be hot, so use an oven mitt to take your baked oats out of the oven. Let them cool slightly, then eat and enjoy!
