Description

These overnight oats taste just like zucchini bread. Make them the night before for a quick and healthy breakfast on the go!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup soy milk (or any alternative)
  • ¼ cup zucchini (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp granulated monkfruit (or other sweetener (sugar, maple, honey etc.))
  • 1 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a small bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 45 minutes.
  3. Now your overnight oats are ready to eat and enjoy!
