Description
This easy iced shaken espresso is a tasty drink that coffee lovers will adore. Full-bodied espresso, sweet foam, and your milk of choice — it’s love at first sip!
Ingredients
2 shots of espresso (about 90ml)
1 Tablespoon simple syrup
4-8 ice cubes
A splash of your milk of choice

Instructions
Brew the espresso to produce 2 espresso shots. Place in fridge to cool slightly.
Prepare your glass. Drop a few ice cubes into a tall glass, with enough extra space for milk.
Add a few ice cubes to the cocktail shaker, then add the espresso and simple syrup.
Close and secure the shaker, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until foam is produced. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can also use a jar with a firmly-sealed lid.
Strain the shaken espresso into your prepared glass.
Finish with a splash of milk, if you wish. Enjoy!
Notes
To make the simple syrup, combine 1/2 cup boiling water with 1/2 cup white sugar. Stir until dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
