Description

With only 4 ingredients, this papaya smoothie is the perfect healthy (and most importantly EASY) summer smoothie. Very refreshing!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ papaya (de-seeded and peeled)
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar ((optional, depending on the ripeness of your papaya) )

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend Blend everything until smooth, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
