- 1 Granny Smith apple (or variety of your choice)
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 portion frozen kale (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 Cup water, milk or juice
Equipment

- high-powered blender
Instructions
- Chop up the apple and banana into bite-size pieces. Add all ingredients to a good blender.
- Start blending on low, then gradually increase to high speed. Continue blending until smooth.
