Ingredients

  • 1 kiwis (golden if you can find it, otherwise green works)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 30g Greek yoghurt or coconut yogurt if vegan
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional but recommended)
