- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup nut milk of choice
- 1/2 serving protein powder ((salted caramel or vanilla flavour))
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until well-combined. If you want it more liquid-y, add more nut milk. Add a few ice cubes to make it colder/ more slushy.
