This healthy vegan chocolate mousse is so amazing. You'd never believe it's made with avocado, since it tastes so rich and decadent.

For the Mousse
- 3 avocados (ripe)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Assembling
- 6 tbsp strawberry chia jam
- freeze dried strawberries (for topping)
Instructions
- Blend all the mousse ingredients in a high-speed blender, scraping down the sides as you go to ensure everything is incorporated.
- Assemble in decorative glasses by layering strawberry chia jam, then a serving of mousse. Top everything off with freeze dried strawberries and chocolate chips.
